Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Item

We’re here to help with your Bitty Boomers purchase and we’re sorry it didn’t arrive as expected. Let’s get this fixed right away!

Within 15 days of receiving your purchase, email support@bittyboomers.com with the following details to receive a replacement item:

  • Item name
  • Explanation of issue or damage, if physical damage please include a photo
  • Your contact number and full name for shipping 
  • Proof of purchase with order number, we will use the proof of purchase to replace the incorrect, missing or damaged item at no additional cost to you

Please do not return item by mail until Bitty Boomers has initiated the return process. If inventory is no longer available to replace the identical model, we will contact you for a full refund or with replacement options. Bitty Boomers works hard to ensure our customers are happy and we thank you for reaching out!

 

Refund & Exchange of Item

We love our Bitty Boomers, and we want you to love your Bitty Boomer too! Within 15 days of receiving your purchase, contact support@bittyboomers.com to initiate a return. 

Within 15 days of receiving your purchase, email support@bittyboomers.com with the following details to initiate a return:

  • Item name
  • Brief explanation of why item is being returned
  • Your contact number and full name 
  • Proof of purchase with order number, we will use the order number to create the return shipping label 

Bitty Boomers reserves the right to refuse a return if product has been opened, damaged after shipping or used. Once we receive and accept your returned item(s), you will be refunded the total amount minus the original shipping cost to your method of payment on file. You will not incur any fees for mailing back your returned item. If your original order qualified for free shipping, refund will be minus the $2.50 flat rate shipping cost should order now total less than $50 before tax to qualify for free shipping.

Please allow two to four weeks of returning item to receive a refund to your original method of payment, however, in many cases you will receive the refund faster. This time period accounts for delivery of item back to warehouse, review of returned item and bank processing period.

If you would like to exchange your new, unopened product within 15 days of receiving your purchase you will need to initiate a return of the item and purchase the correct item as a new order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are not able to complete your order online please send us a message to support@bittyboomers.com and we can better assist you with an international order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Bitty Boomers works hard to ship your order as soon as it is received. However we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of shipping dates should our third party carriers experience delays outside our control.
